１２月に入って街はイルミネーションやツリーでクリスマス一色ですね！

街中の華やかなイルミネーションも素敵ですが、
ふつうのおうちの庭やベランダのイルミネーションも個人的には大好きです。

（というかあこがれます）
特に、シンプルな白い電飾が好きです、わたしは。

さて、このお休み中にハインツさんのＨＰで紹介されている
ミートソースパスタを作ってみました！

にんじんやたまねぎが少々？粗めになってしまったのですが、
歯ごたえシャキシャキでおいしかったです。
１缶でたくさんできたので、しばらくは作り置きのソースで
忙しいときに重宝しそうです！

そして、今月のおすすめメニューの『チキンのクリーム煮』も作ってみました。
なんだかちょっと画像が暗くなってしまいましたが、

クリーミーで美味しかったです。
こんなおしゃれなレシピを自宅で作ったことなかったので
簡単にできてびっくりしました。

先日、駅前のイルミネーションを見に行って来ましたが
不景気のせいか、規模が縮小されていてザンネンな感じでした、、、
個人のお宅の方が気合が入っていて見ごたえある感じです（＾＾

ハインツさんのレシピのミートソースはコクがあって美味しそうですね♪
トマトから作るミートも好きですが、こちらも今度挑戦してみたいです☆
