「たっぷり白菜の煮込みハンバーグ」

●材料（4?5人分）

（１）白菜は軸と葉に分けてどちらもざく切りにする。玉ねぎはみじん切りにし、耐熱ボウルに入れてラップをし、レンジで3分加熱したあと、冷ます。

（２）内側を水でぬらした鍋に白菜の軸を入れ、デミグラスソースを加えてふたをし、最初は強火で1?2分加熱して鍋を温め、弱火にして10分煮る。

（３）合挽き肉をボウルに入れてAを入れてよくこねる。続いて卵を入れてよくこね、パン粉と玉ねぎを入れて混ぜる。12等分して小さなハンバーグ型にする。

（４）フライパンにオリーブオイルとバターを適量入れて熱し、強火でハンバーグの両面に焼き色をつけ、(2)の鍋に入れる。白菜の葉を上にのせ、ふたをして弱めの中火でさらに10?15分煮る。

（５）白菜の水分が出てしんなりしてきたら、ハンバーグにかからないよう汁にケチャップを加えて混ぜ、塩とこしょうで味を調える。器に盛り、粉チーズをかける。

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano.
