こんなに沢山のソースをいただき、感激しています。
モラタメさんのモラでいただくまで、ハインツさんのホワイトソースを使ったことはなかったのですが、ハインツさんのホワイトソースでグラタンコロッケを作ったり、今回、選んで頂いたマッシュルームのチキンドリアお弁当を作ったりして、その手軽さと本格的な美味しさに、すっかりファンになってしまいました。
いつもは、自分でホワイトソースを作っていたのですが、やはり、いまいち、コクがないというか、何か物足りない感じでした。
これから、またハインツさんのホワイトソース、デミグラスソースを我が家の料理に取り入れていきます。本当にありがとうございました。
