みなさん３連休、いかが過ごされましたか？
わたしは美容院に行って、少し長く伸びた襟足を切って
おかっぱ頭になりました。

簡単にマッサージもしてもらったのですが、
鎖骨のリンパマッサージのイタ気持ちよいこと、イタ気持ちよいこと！
本格的にマッサージ行ってみたい！と思ってしまいました。

さて、私『デミグラスソース　里芋のデミ味噌そぼろがけ』
に挑戦してみました！

トマトくんもにんまり眺めていますが・・・
里芋のほくほくシンプルな味とデミグラスソース×味噌のコクのある旨さが
ミックスして、お箸（スプーン？）がとまらない旨さです！

ねぎがなかったので、春菊を入れてみたのですが、
苦味やシャキシャキ感がアクセントとなって美味しかったですよ！
今、春菊よく見かけるので、皆さんもぜひお試しください。
トーストに乗せても美味しそうです。
