「クラムチャウダー」

●材料（４人分）-----------------------------------------------------

ハインツ ホワイトソース　1缶
あさり　400g
ベーコン　1枚
玉ねぎ　1/2個
にんじん　1/3本
じゃがいも　1個
サラダ油　適量
牛乳　1カップ
固形スープの素　1個
水　2カップ
こしょう　少々
パセリ　少々

 --------------------------------------------------------------

●作り方-----------------------------------------------------

（１）あさりは砂だしし、流水でこすり合わせるように洗っておく。

（２）ベーコンと玉ねぎは粗みじん切り、にんじんは小角に切り、じゃがいもも小角に切って水にさらし、水けをきっておく。

（３）鍋にサラダ油を熱し玉ねぎとベーコンを炒める。なじんできたらにんじん、じゃがいもを加えて更に炒める。

（４）(3)に、牛乳でのばしたハインツホワイトソース、水、固形スープの素を加え煮込む。

（５）じゃがいもに火が通ったら、あさりを加え煮込み、口が開いたら、こしょうで味を調え器に盛り、みじん切りのパセリをふる。
