「ミートソースパスタ」

●材料-----------------------------------------------------

ハインツ　デミグラスソース　1缶
ハインツ　トマトケチャップ　大さじ2〜3
合挽き肉　300ｇ
にんにく　1片
玉ねぎ　1/2個
セロリ　1本
にんじん　1/2本
マッシュルーム（缶）　50ｇ
赤ワイン　1/4カップ
ロリエ　1〜2枚
固形スープの素　1個
ウスターソース　大さじ1
オリーブ油　適量
スパゲッティ　360ｇ
イタリアンパセリ　少々

●作り方-----------------------------------------------------

（２）鍋にオリーブ油を熱し、にんにくを炒め、香りが出たら、玉ねぎ、セロリ、にんじんを順に炒める。更に合挽き肉を加え、ほぐしながら炒め、赤ワインを加えて木ベラで混ぜながら煮る。

（３）(2)にハインツデミグラスソース、ハインツトマトケチャップ、ウスターソース、水けをきったマッシュルーム、ロリエ、固形スープの素を加え煮込む。

（４）茹でたてのスパゲッティと少量の(3)をあえる。器に盛り更に(3)をかけ、イタリアンパセリを添える。

パスタのソースにいつも使っています。
簡単便利！ちょっと味付けを調節するだけなので、重宝してます(^^)v失敗がないのがいいですね〜(*^_^*)

簡単なのに、ちょっぴりリッチに見えるのが嬉しいです。
家族もおいしいって言ってくれますが、私、パスタをゆでてソースを絡めただけなんですけど…と、複雑です。

オリーブオイルですか・・・。ちょっと、お店みたいに盛り付けもしゃれてみます。おいしいソースで子供の食欲が変わります。おかわり！！かな？

ミートソース作りってなんか大変で、お店の味といまいちちがくて。。。

ですが…おうちでおいしく作るとなると、なかなか難しいですよね。
いつもはミンチ・トマト・たまねぎ・ケチャップなどなどで作ってますが、このデミグラスソースを入れるとコクが出ておいしそう！

ミートソースはいつもレトルトを買っているけどレシピ見たら作りたくなりました。とても美味しそうです。

ハインツ使ってビーフシチューとホワイトシチューは簡単なのに本格的で家の定番です。いつも多めに作って残りをパンの具にして焼きます。ミートソースはいつも味が決まらなくて悩んでましたが、冷凍できるので２缶使ってこのレシピで挑戦。本格的に仕上がりました。いつもの通り残りをパンの具に。後は冷凍しておいてドリアに使う予定です。

子供の頃からハインツのケチャップはめったに手に入らない高級品でした。「デミグラソース」を使ってミートソースパスタを作れるなんて夢のようです。

デミグラスソースでミートソースが作れるなんて知りませんでした。早速挑戦しましたが、凄くおいしかったです。

いつも、レトルトのミートソースを使っていましたが、なかなか自分の好みの味のものが見つかりません･･･。

このレシピで、自分の好みに近づければ嬉しいですネ･･･。

デミグラスソースを使うので、とてもリッチな味になりそうで楽しみです･･･。

レトルトか缶のミートソースでごまかしていましたが、ちょっと気合を入れて作って見たいと思います。

ホワイトソースは使ったことがあるけどデミグラはないから使ってみたい。いつもレシピ、難しそうって思ってたからミートソース、作りたいです♪つくりおきすればドリアとか、いろいろ重宝できそうですね。

料理から生活を楽しんでいる様子が伺えてうれしくなりました。
