「エビマカロニグラタン」

●材料（４人分）-----------------------------------------------------

ハインツ ホワイトソース　1缶

マカロニ　150g

玉ねぎ　1/2個

エビ　200g

マッシュルーム（缶）　50g

ブロッコリー　1/2束

牛乳　1カップ

溶けるチーズ　80g

パン粉　大さじ2

塩、こしょう　各少々

白ワイン　大さじ2

サラダ油　大さじ1

バター　大さじ2

--------------------------------------------------------------

●作り方-----------------------------------------------------

（１）玉ねぎは薄切り、エビは殻をむき、背ワタを取って洗っておく。マッシュルームは水けをきっておく。 （２）ブロッコリーは小房に分け、マカロニが茹で上がる２〜３分前に加え、一緒に茹でる。

（３）鍋にサラダ油を熱し、玉ねぎ、エビの順に炒め、エビの色が変わったら、マッシュルームを加えひと混ぜし、白ワインを入れ、塩、こしょうして軽く煮立たせる。

（４）(3)に(2)と牛乳でのばしたハインツホワイトソースを加えてひと煮立ちさせる。

（５）を耐熱皿に入れ、溶けるチーズをかけ、パン粉を散らし、ちぎったバターをのせ、２００℃のオーブンで１５〜２０分かけて焼く。

主人と結婚する前「クリスマス、何食べたい？（どこの店に行きたい？）」と、聞かれて冗談半分で「作ってもらったの食べたい」といったら、クリスマスにエビマカロニグラタンを作ってくれたことを思い出しました。
